Visual Elements in Contracts

People often tell me that contracts are long, boring, and hard to read. Hopefully, that’s not the case with my contracts! But I know some can feel like a slog.

I’ve had clients ask me, “Can we include pictures or graphics in our contracts?”

My answer is a resounding yes. Visual elements can make contracts less boring, more engaging, and easier to understand—and this is already happening in a lot of industries. If it’s working elsewhere, why not get on board? Especially if you’re in a technical field like engineering, where clarity is crucial, adding visuals can be a game-changer.
